Battleships Combat: Evolved

Command Your Fleet: Unique Ships and Strategic Battles

Aircraft carriers, battleships, frigates, forts, or even ekranoplans—our game features 20 unique ships (or structures), each with distinctive damage patterns or special abilities.

Strategically deploy your fleet across the battlefield and try to locate and destroy enemy ships by guessing their positions.

Players can customize their fleets by choosing different ships (within the standard limits). In single-player mode, the computer opponent can either mirror your fleet or use a different selection of ships, adding variety and challenge to each match.

Ships List

Single-player and Local (LAN) multiplayer

The AI enemy offers four difficulty levels. The most advanced ones analyze all possible ship positions to determine the most probable locations. This algorithm is computationally intensive, especially when multiple ships remain undiscovered, but it operates within a time limit. You can adjust this limit in the game settings to balance performance and accuracy.

Currently, the game supports only local multiplayer. However, with some clever techniques (hinted at within the game), you can extend this functionality to play with friends remotely.

Epic or Steamworks Integration: A Possibility for the Future

The game itself requires NO Epic or Steam ID to login. But has no achievements or leaderboards.

If there's enough interest from players, we could develop a separate version of the game with full Epic or Steamworks account integration. This would enable seamless peer-to-peer connections, achievements, leaderboards, and random matchmaking through their services.

Due to technical limitations, this would need to be a distinct game, but all owners of the current version would receive a key for the new edition.

11.07.2025: NEW UPDATE:

-New GUI: Ships are arranged into a cards on the bottom of the screen. The old GUI will stay in the game, too. You can switch to it from the main menu.
-Now you can randomly populate the map with islands (both sides will have the same, but this could be changed, based on demand).
Fortress, platform and Ekranoplane could be placed on islands (unless this rule was disabled by the host), but all other ships cannot touch island tiles with their sides.
-More difficulty options for the AI: Option to make him shoot more often, or have more ships than you.
-Several other improvements, like ability to restart the battle, while keeping ships and multiplayer connection, or moving ships in menus.
-NAT punchtrough peer-to-peer connection, using a Noray server. Thanks to Netfox for making this possible.
